So, tonight as I’m going to bed, I swear I hear an owl. Like a big Great Horned owl in the enormous cottonwood tree in my neighbors yard. There have been owls there in past years. I go outside, and sure thing, it’s a big owl! The hoots are SO cool! My Cardigan Corgi growls when ever the owl hoots. It’s hilarious! Harper the owl hunter. Did I mention that I live in the middle of KC? I guess it is Great Horned Owl mating season now… Middle of January! They are a tough bunch of owls! Dang! I love living in KC and I love it that an owl lives here too!,
